This ride will introduce you to a part of the city that is across the river from Varanasi. For centuries the Maharajas of Varanasi have lived outside of the city proper while ruling Varanasi from afar. You will see one of the most beautiful temples in the Varanasi region and check out the local market. The area surrounding the Fort Palace is teeming with interesting people and stories. Meet the fishermen and other locals doing their thing then rickshaw with us to the Maharajah’s stepwell & Durga temple. Our boat will be waiting for us and you can enjoy the return ride as you soak in the things that you have experienced.
